📋 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Object
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the relationship between RB3L FRANCE SAS (hereinafter "the Seller") and any customer (hereinafter "the Buyer") wishing to purchase products or services offered on the shop.rb3l.com website.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The Seller reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, the applicable conditions being those in force on the day of the order.

3. Products and Services
The Seller offers for sale:
- NanoRIP systems and printing solutions
- Printing consumables (toners, cartridges)
- License dongles and warranty extensions
- Technical support and maintenance services
Product features, prices and availability are indicated on the website and may be modified at any time. Photos and descriptions are given for information purposes only and do not bind the Seller.
4. Orders
4.1. Order Process
Any order requires the creation of a customer account and acceptance of these T&Cs. The order is considered firm and final after payment validation.
4.2. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, excluding tax (excl. VAT) or including all taxes (incl. VAT) depending on the context. The applicable VAT rate is 20% for deliveries in France. Prices may be modified at any time, but remain firm for orders in progress.
4.3. Availability
In case of unavailability of a product after order validation, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer as soon as possible and to propose either a refund or an equivalent substitute product.
5. Payment
Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. Payment is due immediately upon order.
In case of refusal of payment authorization by financial institutions, the order will be automatically cancelled.

All transactions are secured and encrypted. No banking data is stored on our servers.
6. Delivery
6.1. Physical Products
Physical products are shipped by carrier (Chronopost, DHL, etc.) according to the terms chosen when ordering. Delivery times are indicative and cannot engage the Seller's liability in case of delay.
6.2. Digital Products
Licenses and digital products are delivered immediately after payment validation, by download or email.
6.3. Transfer of Ownership
The transfer of ownership of products takes place at the time of actual delivery to the Buyer or their representative.
7. Warranty
Legal warranty of conformity:
In accordance with French legislation applicable to sales between professionals (B2B), all products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity of 1 year from delivery.
Warranty against hidden defects:
In accordance with article 1641 of the Civil Code, the warranty against hidden defects is expressly excluded, except in case of fraud or gross negligence on the part of the seller. The professional buyer acknowledges having the necessary technical competence to assess the adequacy of the products to their needs and expressly accepts this limitation.
7.1. NanoRIP Warranty
NanoRIP systems benefit from an included 1-year warranty covering:
- Priority technical support
- Unlimited remote maintenance
- 48h express swap service
- Parts and labor
7.2. Warranty Extensions
Warranty extensions can be subscribed at the time of purchase for an additional period of 2, 3 or 4 years. Extensions must be subscribed only at the time of the initial order.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products (licenses, dongles) already activated or downloaded, nor to personalized products or products made according to customer specifications.

10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of RB3L FRANCE SAS or its partners. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.
11. Personal Data Protection

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of the dispute between them and the professional.
